This project involved an interior renovation to convert the space into a safe and welcoming childcare environment for the City of Surrey. The work included new functional millwork and brand-new finishes throughout to support daily operations and create a clean, durable setting for children and staff. The rooftop exterior area was upgraded with a new roof assembly, a defined and secured outdoor play zone, and a pedestal system with rubber play tiles. A fenced perimeter was added for safety, with the gate equipped with a delayed egress device to ensure a secure environment for children.
