UBC NP Expansion

A full-floor renovation was completed for the UBC Nurse Practitioner Program in Surrey’s City Centre 1 building. The layout was upgraded to better support students and instructors, including multiple classrooms—one built to medical-grade standards—along with meeting spaces and a functional reception area with new glazing at the lobby. Work included HVAC upgrades with new heat pumps, extensive electrical improvements to support modern tech needs, and installation of advanced AV systems in classrooms and meeting rooms.
