Fred Roberge, Co-Founder

Fred Roberge, one of our co-founders, is a dynamic leader with a passion for construction. His charisma and dedication are evident in every project he undertakes. With a strong background in project management, Fred brings a structured approach to our operations, ensuring that every project is executed efficiently and effectively. His attention to detail, strong communication skills, and collaborative spirit make him an invaluable asset to our team.

Joel Dumont, Co-Founder

Joel Dumont, our other co-founder, brings over 15 years of construction management expertise to the table. His diverse experience spans residential and commercial projects, where he's assumed pivotal roles ranging from foreman and superintendent to estimator and project manager. Joel's knowledge and leadership have been instrumental in our growth and success
