Accessibility
Statement

We want everyone — including people who use assistive technology — to be able to explore our work and reach us. This statement sets out where we stand on accessibility, and how to tell us when we fall short.

Prepared: June 24, 2026

In short: We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The site is built with accessibility in mind but has not been independently audited, so we describe it as partially conformant and are still improving. If you hit a barrier, tell us — see Feedback & contact.

01Our commitment

Enduro Construction is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We want everyone — including people who use assistive technologies — to be able to learn about our commercial construction and construction-management services, view our project portfolio, and contact us with ease. We are continually working to improve the experience for all users and to apply the relevant accessibility standards.

02Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) (opens in a new tab) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

This website aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We have built the site with accessibility in mind, but it has not yet been independently audited or certified. We therefore describe it as partially conformant — meaning some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the standard. We are actively working toward full Level AA conformance.

03What we do to support accessibility

Enduro Construction takes the following measures to support accessibility:

  • we consider accessibility when designing and building our website;
  • we use semantic HTML and a clear heading structure, so the site can be navigated with a keyboard and read by screen readers;
  • we aim for sufficient colour contrast and legible, scalable text;
  • we respect the "reduce motion" setting in your browser or operating system — our site uses smooth scrolling and subtle animations, and these effects are minimised or removed automatically when you have that setting enabled; and
  • we review accessibility as part of our ongoing site updates.

04Compatibility with browsers & assistive technology

This website is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major web browsers, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, on both desktop and mobile devices. It is intended to work with common assistive technologies such as screen readers and screen magnifiers. The website is not designed for Internet Explorer or other unsupported or out-of-date browsers.

05Technical specifications

Accessibility of this website relies on the following technologies to work with your browser and any assistive technologies you use:

  • HTML
  • WAI-ARIA
  • CSS
  • JavaScript

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

06Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some limitations may remain. Below is a list of known issues, along with the steps we are taking. Please let us know if you encounter a problem that is not listed here.

  • Animations and motion: parts of the site use smooth scrolling and motion effects. If you find these uncomfortable, enable the "reduce motion" setting in your browser or operating system and the effects will be minimised.
  • Project images: we are reviewing our portfolio and project photography to make sure every image has an accurate text description. Some descriptions may still be brief.
  • Third-party features: our contact form includes a spam-protection check (Cloudflare Turnstile) provided by a third party, which we do not fully control and which may not meet the standard in every respect.

07Feedback & contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Enduro Construction website. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information from this site in a different format, please let us know:

Accessibility feedback

Email: info@enduroconstruction.ca

Please tell us the web address (URL) of the page where you found the problem and describe the issue. We aim to respond within five business days.

08Enforcement & escalation

If you contact us with an accessibility concern and are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate it. In Canada, accessibility rights are supported by the Accessible Canada Act and provincial human-rights legislation, including the British Columbia Human Rights Code. You can contact the BC Human Rights Tribunal (opens in a new tab) or the Canadian Human Rights Commission (opens in a new tab) for more information about your rights.
