The Brief
An interior tenant improvement for the BC Liquor Distribution Branch's BC Liquor Store #208 in Squamish. As general contractor under a CCDC 2 stipulated-price contract, Enduro delivered new partitions, doors, ceilings, lighting, millwork, shelving and finishes — built to the LDB's retail standard and Omicron's drawings. Substantially complete in 2023.

Scope of Work
- Interior partitions & doors — new demising partitions, door assemblies and hardware laying out the sales floor, back-of-house and staff areas to the BC Liquor Store standard.
- T-bar ceilings & ceiling tiles — suspended T-bar grid and acoustic ceiling tiles throughout the retail and staff areas, supplied and installed as a shop-drawing submittal.
- Track & accent lighting — a retail lighting package of Juno track and track-head fixtures to light the product displays and sales floor, built from a reviewed lighting submittal.
- Retail shelving & drawdowns — liquor-store display shelving on engineered shelf-bracket shop drawings, with paint drawdowns submitted and approved to lock the finish colours before painting.
- Loading-bay demising wall — repaired and rebuilt the lower loading-bay demising wall — insulated, security-mesh, boarded and taped under a signed change order.
- Electrical fit-out — full electrical scope — power, lighting circuits and devices for the retail fit-out, carried under a District of Squamish business licence and a BC electrical permit.
- Painting & finishes — interior painting and finishes (Glidden product), including the staff-room T-bar grid painted out on a change order.
- Millwork & retail finishes — new millwork and final interior finishes completing the customer-facing store, delivered to substantial completion and a one-year general-contractor warranty.
