Accessibility
Statement
We want everyone — including people who use assistive technology — to be able to explore our work and reach us. This statement sets out where we stand on accessibility, and how to tell us when we fall short.
On this page
In short: WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our target. The site is built with accessibility in mind but has not been independently audited, so we make no conformance claim. Known issues are listed below — if you hit a barrier, tell us via Feedback & contact and we will fix it or get you the information another way.
01Our commitment
Enduro Construction is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We want everyone — including people who use assistive technologies — to be able to learn about our commercial construction and construction-management services, view our project portfolio, and contact us with ease. We are continually working to improve the experience for all users and to apply the relevant accessibility standards.
02Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) (opens in a new tab) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
This website aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We have built the site with accessibility in mind, but it has not yet been independently audited or certified. Enduro does not currently claim that the site conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Known issues are listed below, and we use feedback and accessibility reviews to identify others.
03What we do to support accessibility
Enduro Construction takes the following measures to support accessibility:
- we consider accessibility when designing and building our website;
- we use semantic HTML and a clear heading structure, so the site can be navigated with a keyboard and read by screen readers;
- we aim for sufficient colour contrast and legible, scalable text;
- we respond to the "reduce motion" setting in your browser or operating system — smooth scrolling and the site's reveal, card and navigation animations are disabled when that setting is enabled, and the client-logo animation stops; and
- we review accessibility as part of our ongoing site updates.
04Compatibility with browsers & assistive technology
This website is built for current versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and mobile. We have not completed formal compatibility testing across a defined set of browsers, operating systems and assistive technologies. Please tell us if a combination does not work for you. The website is not designed for Internet Explorer or other unsupported or out-of-date browsers.
05Technical specifications
Accessibility of this website relies on the following technologies to work with your browser and any assistive technologies you use:
- HTML
- WAI-ARIA
- CSS
- JavaScript
These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.
06Known limitations
Despite our best efforts, some limitations may remain. Below is a list of known issues, along with the steps we are taking. Please let us know if you encounter a problem that is not listed here.
- Animations and motion: the site uses smooth scrolling and motion effects. Enabling the "reduce motion" setting in your browser or operating system disables them.
- Project images: we are reviewing our portfolio and project photography to make sure every image has an accurate text description. Some descriptions may still be brief.
- Third-party features: our contact form includes a spam-protection check (Cloudflare Turnstile) provided by a third party, which we do not fully control and which may not meet the standard in every respect.
07Feedback & contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Enduro Construction website. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information from this site in a different format, please let us know:
Please tell us the web address (URL) of the page where you found the problem and describe the issue. We aim to respond within five business days.
08Enforcement & escalation
If you contact us with an accessibility concern and are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate it. In British Columbia, disability discrimination in services available to the public is dealt with under the British Columbia Human Rights Code. Information about your rights and the complaint process is available from the BC Human Rights Tribunal (opens in a new tab).
09How this statement was prepared
Enduro Construction assessed the accessibility of this website by self-evaluation. The site has not been independently audited. This statement was prepared on June 24, 2026, and we review it as the website is updated.
