The only personal information you give us is what you choose to send through our contact form — and we use it solely to respond to you. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising. Separately, this site measures how it is used, with Google Analytics; that is described in section 05.

At a glance: The only personal information you give us is what you choose to send through our contact form. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. This site also measures how visitors use it, with Google Analytics — including a feature that associates that activity with a signed-in Google account. Both are described in section 05, and you can switch site measurement off there.

01Introduction

Enduro Construction Ltd. ("Enduro," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, enduroconstruction.ca, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.

We are a commercial general contracting and construction management firm based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and we handle personal information in accordance with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This policy applies only to information collected through this website. It does not cover information you provide to us in person, by phone, or under a separate contract.

02Information we collect

You give us personal information only when you choose to submit our contact form. This may include:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • your company name (optional);
  • your phone number (optional);
  • the subject of your inquiry and a link to your project (optional);
  • the message you write to us; and
  • any files you choose to attach.

You do not need to create an account to use this site, and we do not knowingly collect any information beyond what you provide in the form. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — see section 05.

03How we use your information

We use the information you submit only to:

  • respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about your project or request;
  • send you a confirmation that we received your message; and
  • keep a reasonable record of our correspondence.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it to anyone.

05Cookies & tracking

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. It records page views, how visitors arrive, approximate city-level location, browser and device information, general audience demographics, and whether visitors open our contact panel, use our phone or email links, or begin a contact form.

This information is pseudonymous rather than anonymous: Google Analytics stores an identifier in your browser that lets us tell one browser apart from another over time. It does not tell us your name. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, or the contents of your message or files to Google, and we do not use analytics to identify individuals.

We use Google signals, which is a Google Analytics Advertising Feature. If you are signed in to a Google account and have Ads Personalization turned on, this means your activity on this site is associated with that Google account — by Google, at Google's end — and Google may use it to personalise advertising and to recognise the same person across devices. Until September 2, 2026 this feature was switched off and that association did not happen; we are telling you plainly that it now does. What it gives us is narrower: the age, gender and interest categories of our audience as a whole, never for an individual visitor, and Google withholds even those whenever a group is small enough that someone could be identified from them. You can switch this off for every website you visit, not only ours, in your Google account under My Ad Center, and the analytics switch further down this page stops this site measuring you at all.

Google Analytics sets cookies to recognize a returning browser. You can block these using your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker, and this site works normally if you do.

Your analytics choice

Checking your current setting…

Your choice is stored in this browser only, and applies to this browser. Turning analytics off does not affect your ability to browse the site or use the contact form.

We also use Google Tag Manager, which is the tool we use to add or remove measurement tags. It collects nothing on its own.

We do not run advertising or re-targeting tags on this website. We do use one Google Analytics Advertising Feature — Google signals, described above — which places no advertising tag on this site and is never used to target ads at you from us.

Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused security check that helps us block spam and automated abuse. Turnstile is used only to confirm a real person is submitting the form — it is not used to profile you or to target advertising.

06Service providers & third parties

To operate our website and contact form, we rely on a small number of trusted service providers who process information on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare — provides the security check (Turnstile) on our form and processes and stores form submissions on its infrastructure on our behalf.
  • Google — provides Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which measure how the website is used. Google receives page and device information, never the contents of your form.
  • Microsoft 365 — delivers the notification and confirmation emails generated by the form, through our own Microsoft 365 business email system (Microsoft Corporation).

These providers may store or process information on servers located outside of British Columbia, including in the United States. They are permitted to use your information only to provide these services to us. We do not otherwise disclose your information to third parties except where required by law.

07Storage & retention

Form submissions are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which may be located outside Canada, including in the United States.

Contact form. Lead records are set to expire after 24 months, and uploaded files after 30 days. Submissions are also delivered to us by email. Those email copies are set to be deleted after 24 months, matching the lead records above, and remain recoverable for a further 14 days after deletion. Uploaded files are not attached to those emails — the email carries a download link instead, so files exist only in the 30-day store described above.

Analytics. Google Analytics user data and event data are both deleted after 14 months. Standard aggregated reports are not governed by this setting.

Spam protection. A short-lived record containing the submitting IP address is kept for five minutes to limit repeated submissions.

We may keep information longer where reasonably required for an active inquiry, a legal obligation, a dispute, or a security investigation.

08How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to protect your information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Information submitted through our form is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and data stored with our providers is encrypted at rest. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we work to protect your information using safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity.

09Your privacy rights

Under BC PIPA and PIPEDA, you have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • request a correction of information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your information (subject to legal limits); and
  • ask how your information has been used or disclosed.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

10Children's privacy

Our website and services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
