The Brief
Enduro delivered the full tenant-improvement fit-out of Seed & Stone's licensed cannabis boutique at Meadowtown Centre in Pitt Meadows. Working to Cloudscape's design, the build paired display millwork and warm finishes with the secure systems, lighting and AV a regulated retail environment requires.

Scope of Work
- Display & service millwork — custom retail millwork and the signature service counter, built and installed with shop drawings reviewed through to final approval.
- Architectural fit-out — full interior build to Cloudscape's Issued-for-Construction drawings — partitions, ceilings, rubber base and finishes inside the Meadowtown retail unit.
- Electrical & lighting — store-wide power and a tuned lighting package, including a POS strip-lighting addition, closed out with Technical Safety BC and an EM-lighting letter.
- Security, AV & data — cameras, a 360 camera, access/locking hardware and AV/data infrastructure — the secure systems a cannabis-retail licence demands.
- Mechanical & plumbing — HVAC and plumbing work coordinated with the building's water-meter requirements at the mall.
- Flooring & finishes — retail flooring supplied and installed, with painting and wall finishes throughout.
- Signage & boutique branding — storefront sign switch and AV outlet handled as added scope so the unit opened on-brand.
- Managed change & close-out — tracked change orders and a full close-out package (electrical, AV, flooring) carried the store cleanly from tender to handover.
