Legal
Terms &
Conditions
These terms govern your use of this website. In short: the content here is ours, use the site lawfully, and it's provided as-is. These terms cover the website only — they don't govern any construction project, which is set out in a separate written contract.

At a glance: By using this website you agree to these terms. The content is owned by Enduro, the site is provided “as is” without warranties, and these terms are governed by the law of British Columbia. They apply to the website only — any construction work is governed by its own separate written contract.
01Acceptance of these terms
Enduro Construction Ltd. ("Enduro," "we," "us," or "our") makes this website, enduroconstruction.ca, available to you subject to these Terms & Conditions. By accessing this website, submitting information through it, or viewing, downloading, copying, or using any of its content, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
These terms govern your use of the website only. They do not form part of, or vary, any construction contract, proposal, or agreement between you and Enduro — those are set out in separate written documents that take precedence over anything on this website.
02Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes and for its intended purpose — learning about Enduro and getting in touch with us. You agree not to:
- use the website unlawfully or fraudulently, or in a way intended to interfere with its operation or security;
- introduce malicious code, probe or bypass security controls, or use automated means that place an unreasonable load on the website;
- scrape the website at scale, republish its content publicly, or use its content to build a competing publication, database, or service;
- alter or modify any part of the website;
- resell or commercially exploit the website itself, or any part of it, as a separate product or service.
03Intellectual property
All content, information, and data of any kind displayed on, contained in, or accessible through this website — including text, photographs, images, graphics, layouts, and design — is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by Enduro or its licensors.
You may view, download, print, and share this website’s content internally in order to learn about Enduro, evaluate us for a project, or plan a potential project — including circulating it within your own organisation or project team. Publicly republishing, modifying, reselling, or otherwise commercially exploiting the content requires our prior written permission.
04Trademarks
Enduro’s name, logos, and trademarks are owned by Enduro. Other names, logos, and trademarks appearing on this website belong to their respective owners; they are shown to identify the parties or projects described, and their appearance does not by itself imply any endorsement of Enduro. Nothing here grants you a right or licence to use Enduro’s marks, and you may not use them without our prior written permission.
05Your submissions
If you submit information to us through this website — for example, through our contact form — what you send remains yours (or the applicable rights holder’s). By submitting it you confirm that you are authorised to provide it, and you grant Enduro a limited, non-exclusive licence to receive, store, copy, review, and share it with the Enduro personnel, advisers, service providers, trades, and consultants reasonably involved in assessing or responding to your enquiry. We will use non-public project material only to assess, price, plan, or respond to that enquiry unless you separately authorise another use, and we will not publish it or use it for marketing without your permission. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for anything you submit, and you agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful, or that you do not have the right to provide.
06Disclaimer — no warranties
This website and all of its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Enduro makes no claim, guarantee, representation, or warranty of any kind as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability, availability, or security of any information, material, or content on this website. Your use of this website is at your own risk.
The information on this website is general in nature and is provided for convenience only. It is not professional, engineering, or construction advice and should not be relied upon as such. For advice about a specific project, please contact us directly.
07Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Enduro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the general content of this website. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or to loss caused by fraud or wilful misconduct, and it does not limit any liability governed by a separate written construction contract or other written agreement with Enduro.
You will indemnify Enduro against third-party claims arising directly from material you submit that you did not have the right to submit, or from your unlawful interference with the website. This does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by Enduro’s own negligence, breach of these terms, or violation of law. Enduro will give you prompt notice of any such claim and allow you to participate reasonably in its defence.
08Links to other websites
This website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. Those websites are not under our control, and any use of them is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website, and a link does not imply our endorsement of it.
09Changes
We reserve the right to change, alter, update, supplement, or modify the website and its content, functions, and information — and these Terms & Conditions — at any time and without notice. Any changes to these terms take effect when we post them, and we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the revised terms.
10Governing law
These Terms & Conditions and your use of this website are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website or these terms.
