The Brief
A clean, calm clinical fit-out for PhysioEffect's physiotherapy and wellness practice on Commercial Street in Vancouver. Enduro delivered the project as general contractor under a City of Vancouver building permit, working from a Mesh Design Studio interior design package to build private treatment rooms, demountable glass office fronts and a busy-flow reception. Completed in 2025.

Scope of Work
- Demountable glass partition system — demountable partitions and glass office fronts forming reconfigurable treatment and consult rooms, seismically engineered and field-reviewed.
- Custom millwork & reception — reception desk, casework and built-ins with a solid-surface counter and specified fixtures, the patient-facing front of house.
- Mechanical & HVAC — full HVAC package with a heat pump added to condition the clinic spaces.
- Plumbing & treatment-room fixtures — sinks and fixtures set for the treatment and wet areas.
- Electrical & specialty lighting — full electrical package including LED tape lighting and recessed fixtures for a soft, calm treatment-room ambience.
- Vinyl flooring & wall finishes — vinyl flooring with rubber base throughout; walls and ceilings finished and painted for an easy-clean clinical surface.
- Privacy glazing film & signage — privacy and decorative glazing film on the glass fronts, plus exterior awning and storefront signage, the brand-facing finish.
- Sprinkler & life-safety — sprinkler system updated to suit the new layout, with rough-in and final inspections passed, plus mesh screen and mirrors to complete the fit-out.
