  • Mechanical & HVAC — full HVAC package with a heat pump added to condition the clinic spaces.
  • Plumbing & treatment-room fixtures — sinks and fixtures set for the treatment and wet areas.
  • Electrical & specialty lighting — full electrical package including LED tape lighting and recessed fixtures for a soft, calm treatment-room ambience.
  • Vinyl flooring & wall finishes — vinyl flooring with rubber base throughout; walls and ceilings finished and painted for an easy-clean clinical surface.
  • Privacy glazing film & signage — privacy and decorative glazing film on the glass fronts, plus exterior awning and storefront signage, the brand-facing finish.
