The Brief
Enduro acted as general contractor for the City of North Vancouver on the exterior renovation of the Ray Perrault Fieldhouse at Ray Perrault Park. The 1960s-era municipal building's envelope was brought up to date with a full rain-screen re-clad, new roofing, soffit, fascia and gutters, and a refreshed asphalt walkway. The work, designed with Zimba Design, reached substantial completion in December 2024.

Scope of Work
- Rain-screen re-clad — stripped and rebuilt the wall assembly as a rain-screen system with new siding, working to the Zimba Design drawings and the project's siding details.
- Standing-seam metal roof — new roofing with standing-seam metal roof panels, installed by the roofing trades.
- Soffit, fascia & gutters — a new soffit, fascia and gutter system completing the building's weather-tight perimeter.
- Asphalt walkway — a new asphalt walkway and site paving, restoring safe, accessible access around the fieldhouse.
- Electrical — exterior electrical scope to suit the renovated envelope and lighting.
- Exterior painting & finishes — exterior painting and finishing to complete the updated look of the building.
- Heritage-sensitive exterior renovation — an envelope upgrade of a 1960s municipal park building, modernizing performance while keeping the structure in service for the community.
- City-tendered, bonded delivery — delivered under a competitively tendered City of North Vancouver contract with CCDC supplementary conditions, as general contractor.
