We work as general contractor and construction manager for municipalities, regional recreation facilities and federal agencies across Metro Vancouver — accessibility upgrades, washroom renovations, building-envelope work and childcare fit-outs. Much of this happens inside occupied buildings that have to keep operating while we renovate, under competitively tendered, bonded CCDC contracts.
